Thank you for shopping with INTIIVA. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and shipping method.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $250 USD (after discounts and before taxes).


International Shipping

INTIIVA ships worldwide.
Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

  • These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs processing times may extend deliveries beyond the estimated timeframe.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is accurate.
INTIIVA is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • Lost packages resulting from wrong address entry

If your order has not been shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible so we can attempt to update the address.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

INTIIVA is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked “delivered” but not received

  • Packages lost due to carrier error

If your package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building management.

  2. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  3. If you still need help, you may contact us and we will do our best to support you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
